Walls were so thin we could hear everything from the people next door. They were loud rude people and the hotel staff did not remove them. But even when they werent screaming you could still hear them talk and their toilett flush. Also the property wouldnt assist us with a refund, not that they had to but they could have for one of the nights in one of the 3 rooms we rented but they wouldnt budge on this and we were there for a funeral. Also this place is the farthest away from major areas such as maggie valley, cherokee or waynesville downtown. Days inn and econo lodge in better location.

The room was dirty and the drain in the shower did not drain. The bed was uncomfortable and the towels and sheets were thin. There was an empty paper bag and a note from the hotel that said to enjoy the complimentary popcorn, water, and cookies - but there wasn’t anything in the bag. When we asked the staff at the desk about it, she told us she didn’t know anything about it and then proceeded to turn around and walk away from us. You could also hear the traffic outside from our room. Would not recommend staying here.

For a place to crash this place is fine… Clean, convenient, adequate in every way. But it is old, dated, very very basic and well outside the main part of Waynesville. So nothing particular to draw you here unless you just want a cheap night's crash.
