It’s a nice place to stay but be warned the walls are super thin. We could hear the guests just talking in the room next to ours. Also they had a dog and you could hear every bark and whine. I like that they will let pets stay, but maybe put them on one side and the other side with families without pets so they aren’t disturbed.

I made a mistake and booked the wrong area. I have been under a lot of stress lately. I did not realize it until we were on our way and realized this hotel was almost an hour past were we needed to be. I contacted the front desk and explained my situation. The lady told me they charged my card first thing this morning. Which did not make sense, since i was to pay for the room when i arrived. I would really appreciate if i did not get charged for this room. I know it isn't an excuse, but my mother passed away April the 4th and i just made an honest mistake. And i can not afford to be paying for 2 rooms. That one and now the one i am staying in, in Murphy.

This place is one of the best places to stay in Cherokee NC. The rates are competitive with all other places in Cherokee but the place is always very clean and just a bit above. Sheets always smell good and clean. Staff is very professional and friendly. Such a wonderful place to stay!

Staff was friendly, garbage near room not emptied in some time, pool closed. All stores surrounding were mostly all closed. No longer has a restaurant on site, limited food choices nearby. Location is out of the way. Might of been the time of year??

This was a great place to stay for a weekend trip as we went to the Cherokee casino for a concert and gaming/sportsbook. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy ... walls are thin so be prepared to hear your neighbor's conversations, but not a big deal to us. We were lucky to see a fireworks show Saturday night as there was a small fair across the street, which was great. Some shopping and restaurants are across the street, and it's very close to nice parks and other shopping as well. We will stay here again.
