Staff was extremely polite, rooms where way cleaner than expected. Only issue is you hear everything, neighboring rooms conversations, every door you hear open and shut, and the side entrances have key cards to enter the buildings that no longer work.

The staff was extremely curtious and very pleasant. The room however was very outdated, the remote to the tv was broken and I saw roaches. The door was already open and ajar when I arrived and only one key card worked. We were in town for the Polar Express train ride and the accomodations were suitable for an over night stay but I am not likely to stay there again.
