I was not offered free breakfast. I purchase breakfast and would have liked to have two. Slices of toast and not one cut in half for the price that I was charged. Love this hotel. It’s safe clean quiet and the staff is very nice and efficient.

No beach view at this hotel. Our room, 224, did not have water views. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. They greeted us each time we entered the lobby. However, the wait staff in the lounge was lacking knowledge of what the kitchen had to offer and was not familiar with their menu, which was interesting because we stayed at the Delta Marriott Chesapeake VA before a couple of months ago, and the menu was the same as was the same staff we experienced during our last stay there!

Room was spotless other than a suspicious stain on the sheets that we did not notice until LATE at night. It was obviously an OLD stain so it was not an issue and not the kind that would have caused an “ick” factor lol! The weather was VERY cold and the room temp struggled to keep up. But for one night it wasnt an issue. We WILL stay there again!!!

1. My son walks with crutches. 2. When I checked in I requested extra towels and a shower chair. They got me the chair about 45 minutes later No Towels. I asked the man that brought the chair for towels too. I’m not even sure if he understood English but either way we went out for dinner and got back after 11 still no towels. Then went to bed and did not sleep because the toilet ran all night. I ask hotel for a refund but they were unable because it was third party booked with Expedia.
