Once we checked into the room we notice the bed was broken, we tried to call guest services from the room but the phone wasnt working so we had to go downstairs to inform them. The front desk employee stated that maintenance was on break but as soon as they got back she would send them up to check out the bed....well its no fixing that bed just give us another room. After explaining that to the front desk employee they decide they would give us another room. After finally settling in after a long drive my family is exhausted so we go to bed only to keep waking up hot we didnt have access to control the air conditioning, it kept cutting on and off all night. We couldnt wait for morning to get here, at check out we explained about the air and the front desk employee said she will see if her manager can give us some points back...ma'am I don't want points back I want a discount on this room! But nothing as of yet....
