The staff at the reception was excellent after a long day on the road. They had chocolate chip cookies and popcorn! The room was superb with no problems. The morning breakfast had everything I could imagine such as eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, waffles, yogurt, cereal, and 4 different juices!

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay in Cheyenne. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were all very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast had lots of good items. Highly recommend Cheyenne Comfort Inn.

We reserved a pet room. The room was on the lower level - where all pet rooms are. This was great because we did not have to mingle with other guests who aren't keen on pets. We did not notice any parties, loud guests or the normal sounds you hear in a hotel during the entire week of our stay. Hotel staff, top notch, every day - every shift - and we were there for an entire week. Breakfast was what you would expect in terms of qualify, but hot items were hot, and there was always plenty of everything. Finally, I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff seemed to work so hard to keep the facility clean and tidy. If I am ever in Cheyenne, would stay again and would recommend it to anyone else thinking of staying without any reservation or pause. 4.75 stars. My only gripe - the internet, even on the hotel wifi was SLLLOOOOWWWW!. Fix that and 5 stars all day long.
