This was a quick one night stop for our family. The hotel was nice and clean . Good price. Free breakfast with lots of options. The room had mini fridge microwave USB ports private bath tub and large bathroom. Coffee maker. TV Beds were excellent. Overall great stop if you are on road.

When we arrived at 8:45 PM, there were guests in line waiting for a room because none of them were clean. Some of the people we talked to had been waiting for three or more hours. Apparently, they had a couple of managers trying to clean the rooms. We were told that it would be at least 45 minutes before we could access our room. Yes, that would put us at 9:30 PM. After waiting in line for a while, we finally reached the front desk. The front desk person was obviously tired of dealing with people and was rude. When we asked if we would have to wait in line again when we returned, she said yes and that some people have waited “three or more times.” She was incredibly nasty to my husband. We ended up canceling our reservation and went to the Springhill suites next door, which was a huge upgrade and well worth the money. There is a reason this place is super cheap.

Room wasn’t ready until 7:30 pm. Then once it was ready we had Zyns (nicotine pouches) all over the headboard. Would be a 1 star but they gave us some drink coupons for the inconvenience.

the property had all of its cleaning staff quit , stayed 7 days room didn’t get cleaned once had to wash the towels my self and go to the store to buy toilet paper I have been traveling for six years now been to six different states, this is the worst hotel I’ve been in. I wish I wouldn’t have booked it for two weeks. I’m on the first day of my second week here if it gets better, I will update this pulse, but I do not see it getting better after I just talk to the front desk people But there is a nice little bar and restaurant downstairs. The bartender was nice, the restaurant people was nice. It was four or five portables to shoot pool on and the pool is nice size

The rooms are fine but so generic. They’ve floored them in “premium vinyl” wood look flooring which means they’re LOUD and echoey. Doors don’t shut without a person slamming them, so again, loud AF. May 2025 undergoing a remodel which has left the place, truly, a dump. Waited in line 33 minutes to check in while the sole desk clerk, whose name tag designated him as the van driver, was doing his best. I’d give this one a skip on the future. Would be one star but the friendly and dedicated staff earn it a second.

Red Lion in Cheyenne

Although the hotel is undergoing major renovations, we were pleased with the overall cleanliness and service!! Great staff! Would definitely stay there again.
