The room was very clean. The staff was excellent! I enjoyed the buffet very much! The only issue I had, was with the T.V. Most of the HBO channels were in Spanish, some of the sports channels were muted, and unfortunately, there was no way to access the menu through the remote. Overall, great stay! Thank you.

Everyone was really nice, the room was clean, a lot of construction going on so we see the effort to make it nice but the shoddy workmanship was evident in the room. We’d stay here again because the price was affordable and the room was clean and everything worked!!

Hotel under construction. Lots of work being done. Pool area needed to be cleaned. And remodeled. Staff was nice and helpful. They wouldn't give me a receipt for my stay which I thought was odd.

The rooms were reportedly renovated, but ours was not. We were part of a group, and there seemed to be a lack of communication among the staff. Several individuals in our group requested a first-floor room and were informed none were available, yet others who checked in later were assigned first-floor accommodations. A few of us also inquired about a late checkout and were told it was not offered, while other guests were granted late checkout.

I got there early and they wouldnt let me have a room on the first floor but gave one to people that arrived after me. The other people didnt reserve a room on the first floor and still got one. They were painting in the hallways during the tournament. I reserved two rooms and one of my room they had to go in because the ceiling fell in on the floor below. There was no hot water for showers. I only had one towel and one washcloth in my room. The last day I asked for an extended hour and they said they were not doing that but then they let numerous people in my party extend there stay. I have going to this hotel for 10 years and I will never stay again.
