Only issue while we were there was that we asked for towels and they said they didn’t have any.. then called and said they had two and we went to get them .. fine but after my shower there was hair all over the towels and I marked unsafe because the crack heads at the motel 6 near by

The hotel is really nice, although I would say the bathrooms tend to get a bit flooded by the shower curtains not working properly. And the area around it is a bit schetchy.

This is a solid stay for the Chico area. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I’ve stayed here before and appreciate that They accept pets for a reasonable fee. There’s a Denny’s very close by that you can walk to. This facility does not have an elevator so may be an issue for some if not on the first floor.

Never again!

The room was large, but extremely dirty! The floor was sticky and so dirty you could see the dirt. The walls need washed, absolutely disgusting! The bed and pillows were old and stunk. The plus, the shower kept its hot water. It was also extremely noisy and housekeeping was very loud. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
