The hotel was not clean. The room was nasty. Bed had food crumbs in it under the mattress cover. Sheets had stains on them. The floor wasn’t vacuumed like it should be. We drove there to celebrate our friends celebration of life from Bakersfield 5 hours and drove back home.

As mentioned in my previous review... 1.) Pool was closed for no reason (It did not need to be cleaned, it was not broken, it was not closed for the season, I was told it will open again when the manager "feels" like it.) It should not be listed as an amenity if no access is being given to it. It was 93 degrees...how hot does int have to be to "feel" like giving your guests access to that they paid for?! 2.) The water STINKS!!!! The shower head needs to be badly cleaned. The water smells moldy coming out of the shower head but not the faucet. GROSS!!! This made my entire body itch. 3.) The balcony screen had such big holes in it we could not open the slider to all fresh air in. 4.) The AC was stuck on one temp...72 the whole time! The button was missing to adjust it 5.) The in room phone was broken. I even made sure it was plugged in. 6.) The carpets need to be desperately cleaned! My feet were BLACK after walking around the room for a couple hours. I had to wash them multiple times a day and before getting in bed. 7.) The guest above me must have been a family of elephants. Constant bed jumping, slamming and loud bangs through out the night until about 2AM, when I went to call the front desk this is when I found out the phone was broke. 8.) I had to tap the key at least 3 times tot make it work, every time. This was not an ideal stay. I paid for a pool and decided on this property to give my kiddo a chance to swim and relax while in the middle of an out f state move!
Not closed for the season, or cleaning/maintenance. Only closed because the manager doesn’t want to have it cleaned.

It's disgusting and dirty. So outdated and mold on the ceilings. Holes in bedspreads and stains on sheets. Non-working remotes, TV, and phone in the room. So many dirty things. Food choices were waffles, coffee, and toast ran out of syrup and coffee in the first hour and had no more. The worst stay ever anywhere. Wyndham was contacted, and they did nothing about both rooms. My daughter left never stayed because so gross. No refunds or anything. Don't trust Wyndham hotels any longer there terrible.

I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and beautiful this hotel was. It even has a balcony! And the price is very very reasonable. And the place is clean. I travel there are a lot I might stay there every week

The landscaping was full of weeds and there were a few little flying gnats in the room. On the plus side, the refrigerator was relatively large for not being a full-size fridge. And it was nice to have a microwave too. Bathroom mirror was nice, with its built-in lighting. Front desk staff were friendly.
