As one of the largest at over 1,800 sq ft, this 3 bedroom villa will sleep 8, features wireless internet, TV and iPod dock in every bedroom, and comes with a private boat slip for your use at no extra charge. Sunset Bay Villas also features a pool and fitness room for your enjoyment, as well as a large marina area. There's plenty of parking, and you can stroll to our historic downtown area for shopping, fine dining, movies and more. Come and enjoy! Pet friendly!
