Great pre-flight sleep

Everything that you would expect of a Hampton Inn. Excellent beds, nice facilities, quality staff. Was about to provide transportation to CVG and parking during our trip (for a standard fee). Solid hotel that I would use again.

This hotel made fraudulent charges and when I called and asked about it they hung up on me, ignored me, etc. Until they finally realized they had the wrong person up altogether after an hour of arguing that the charges were legit when they were not.

The power went out in the area. I know this isn’t their fault. However I have never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have generators. It was unbearable, and staff didn’t handle it well. No further support or information was given except outage would be fixed in 2 hours. that didn’t resolve for 4 hours. No one offered water or assistance/ support to cool down the building somehow. The hotel was clean. The mismanagement was a dropped ball on one of the hottest days so far.
