The rooms were clean, the evening front desk girl was very nice in appearance and personality. When we encountered a problem with the room, urine stained mattress on the pull out couch, she immediately took care of it. The desk helper in the morning was not attentive, as well as the breakfast bar had no coffee no spoons. They ran out of juice and milk, and we had to ask for cups and bagels. This was all by 8:00 a.m. . When asked for assistance, she told one family that’s not her job, but then she did go and get a couple of things. The garbage’s were overflowing and there was spilled food all over the floor and counters.

Nice overnight stay.

My husband and I stayed for one night. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable even though the sheets were crumpled (like stored in a bag instead of folded). The room was small, there was wasn't much room to walk between the bed and the desk/TV/shelf/closet unit. There was only one chair. It would have been ok for one person, but was crowded for two. I really liked the quality and smell of the toiletries in the bathroom. Refillable attached pumps on the wall are easier to use and more ecofriendly than small bottles. Nice shower. Breakfast, unlike past reviews, consisted of bagels, spreads, instant oatmeal packets, yogurts, orange juice and coffee/tea. Definitely adequate.

It was just an overnight on a road trip. The hotel was fine. But the first room, with a sofa and a king size bed didn’t have a fridge. They were back ordered because the hotel is so new. We’re traveling with an infant and needed a fridge. The hotel staff was very accommodating and switched us to a double queen with a fridge. And they had a pack n play! Overall a good experience.

Good for the money

Overall my stay was good and easy. The condition of the room was good however the couch was dirty. There wasn’t a bath mat, no ice bucket, no hair dryer or laundry bag. All small things that could have made the stay even better. There was small but functional gym and breakfast in the morning that I appreciated. Good location and overall quiet.

Overall, not a bad stay. The front desk clerk, Randy was very nice. He offered us cold water at check in. Unfortunately the elevator was out. There wasn’t a fridge in the room. The hot water was very hot. Plus side, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Definitely some opportunity at location. Seemed like they were understaffed. They were doing the best that they could. For the price, it was fine, only needed a room for stop over.

I only stayed for a night but it was a good stay. The front desk staff and the manager were really great. They originally gave me a room that hadn't been cleaned but they quickly changed our room and apologized. The manager was really sincere and nice - she seems like a great person. The hotel was recently upgraded so that was nice. Nothing was broken or dirty
