The property is new (about a year old) I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay next to the elevator if you’re sensitive to noises, otherwise the rooms are spacious and clean and other noise is blocked out. The view is amazing all around. The riverwalk is right down the parking lot. Would definitely stay again.

disappointing

Was out all day and never had room cleaned or new towels provided. Do not disturb sign was only displayed when we went to breakfast at 8 a.m. removed sign when we returned to room. we left hotel at 10 am and returned at 8 pm. The check-in manager was very helpful giving us towels and a complimentary voucher for breakfast. Disappointed there was no pool as advertised in description of hotel. staff very nice but understaffed for the buffet breakfast.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant had a good selection and was available for a large portion of the day - very convenient ! The parking was a bit tight and has a HUGE bump as you enter the Hotel proper. I did feel like my vehicle was relatively safe once I was parked. All in all - Great option for around Ft. Campbell.

The elevators felt old and made all kinds of noise going up and down in them. The toilet holders at knee length seems like an architectural mishap and was hard to get toilet paper and if I had brought my elderly parents along in this trip that would not have worked. The harvest grill was amazing with amazing staff. The entrance in and out of the hotel was another architectural mishap & needs improvement. Overall the staff were great!
