The main floor features an open layout combining the kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry room. The living room offers guests the ultimate relaxation with comfortable furnishings, a fireplace, and a wall-mounted TV. The well-equipped kitchen will inspire the chef of the group with all of its stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and counter space. It comes equipped with a double-door, full-size fridge, stove, double oven, dishwasher, blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and double sink. Off the kitchen is the exit to the enclosed patio with a small table, two chairs, and a gas grill, perfect for a cookout.
Climb up the stairs to the second level of the home to find four bedrooms, all of which boast their own en suites. Have a little extra work to do while you're here? The high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time, not to mention the desks, chairs, and monitors in two of the bedrooms will ensure you're comfortable and productive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
