Poorly maintained. There were potato chips behind the chair in our room. The bedside tables had marks on them. Something that had been there before and spilled. The door to the bathroom did not close properly. There was a slit between the entry door and the door frame. Letting light from the hallway in. The down stairs bathroom was a disaster every time my husband went to use it. The staff was very nice and courteous. I felt bad for them that the room was in such poor condition. It is difficult to get good maintenance people.

Staff was very nice, specially the lady that deal with the problem with the door of my room. She was able to change us to another room in less of 1/2 hour. The hotel is very clean!!!!

The room was a presidential suit. The name itself should be the best room its the most expensive room. You only get 2 photos to look at before booking... it felt like a hospital room with only a bed a small chair with no arm rest and a tiny ottoman oh and dont let me forget the table with officechair. The other less expensive rooms have separate room ,couches,etc... im very upset about the nearly $300 i spent for just nights.
