Booking through a third party was not the best experience. We were charged at total of 3x by the property plus incidental. The property needs to have better coordination with Expedia for guest. The property is very nice and seems well kept. The staff was amazing. Overall would have been 5 stars except our room was so dirty. There were pubic hairs in the shower. A hair on the counter. Hairs in the sink. Toothpaste on the toilet handle. The side table had a mountain of dirt and grime around the buckles on it. The chair was dirty when wiped down. There looked like blood on the floor and the side of mattress but I guess it could have been throw up. Not sure. Just filthy.
