Ashley is a great clerk. Ive stayed 5x in last 6 mos. 1st showed up with flooding inlower room from upper. 2nd no AC working at 90+ degrees. 3rd room reserved not ready and had to wait until done at 4:00. Yesterday, through no fault of the facility, electricity out since morning and why didn't they let me know so i can search elsewhere after driving 5 hours?; power not on until 6:45 pm in 90+ degree temperatures. I travel extensively from So Cal to No. CA and that's my halfway point

Somewhat disappointing stay. Online room was supposed to have hair dryer as amenity but none in the room. I call front desk and they say they don’t have enough so told them I would try in morning. At night noticed no trash can in room so called desk again and they said they would bring but nobody came or called. Also had to smash 2 bugs perhaps baby cockroaches. In the morning I call again but they said people stole the hair dryers. Staying the night was waste of money, should have just slept in my car

There was no shampoo, no hair dryer, no maid service for the 3 days we were there. No towel or bed service, the ice machine 1 for whole hotel always empty. No dresser or real closet.

Not a good experience

Pool was very dirty & not clean enough for use. Room smelled like urine. Floors were dusty & dirty when exiting shower it was more evident. Not a good experience.

You Get What You Pay For

It was a quick overnight trip, and we got what we paid for. The room was fine except that it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. Although we didn’t go in the pool, it was dirty with leaves and other debris. Lastly, there was an unpleasant odor outside. It didn’t affect us in the room, but as soon as you stepped outside the room, it hit you immediately.
