We took my granddaughter to the space center and needed a place to stay with a sofa bed and I wanted to be on the beach with a balcony. This choice was pricey for a grandmother but I wanted it perfect. We got there later tgan I wanted and needed showers. Only 3 bath towels although I said there would be 5 of us. They did come promptly. The sofa bed was horribly hard and had 1 pillow. I had to kill 3 bugs. A huge roach and two smaller ones in the tub and sink. I know we were in Florida but they were the first inside bugs I saw in 2 weeks moving locations. The worst were the smokers on other balconys. We couldn’t even sit outside for the constant smoke.

This is our 2nd time staying at this location. Both times Laura checked us in. She is such a pleasure. After long travel days it was nice to have someone with her spunk. Shes definitely as asset to your company. The staff who handled breakfast were so friendly and accommodating. It was a 10 star.stay both times

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful!! The room was decent, had kind of a musty smell and there was water dripping from the light above the toilet. We notified the front desk and they are going to fix it. The view from the ocean front balcony is great! Location is good for walking to multiple places. Overall even with the room still giving 5 stars because of the front desk staff!
