Excellent location. Close to great restaurants. Nice breakfast. Room was very clean Nice pool. Beach access. Staff was awesome. Being a Holiday Inn member provided me with a two hour later checkout which really helped us out! I would recommend the property. Could suggest some new towels. But that’s minor compared to the accommodations.

Great view of the ocean!. Good walking distance on the beach everywhere here. Two pools. We did the pool that had the bar. Free breakfast ...had good variety and choices. Wish the hotel told us to bring cash about renting a boogie board chairs umbrella which they did not tell us about. Right when you walk on the beach from our hotel, there was a person that had those items for rent from 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. each day.

Staff was so accommodating. They upgraded our room due to our room having issues. Also, they let us have the upgraded room for the two nights we stayed there. The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. There was a nice clean breakfast area that was sufficiently stocked. The front tower that we were in was beachfront. There is a fabulous restaurant right next-door. I highly recommend the food was also excellent. We were in driving distance very close to all sites. I would stay here again.

Improve your processes

We booked one reservation with 2 rooms but they charged our family in the second room on thier card and not the one I used for the res. When you pre check in online should not have to spend over 20 minutes waiting for a room key.

The Best Western in Cocoa Beach surpassed all of my expectations! The room was very clean. The view was amazing! We were just steps away from either the beach or heated hotel pool. Parking was easy. Nearby dining was excellent! We had Fish Camp which is excellent, along with Publix and Jersey Mikes right across the street. The free hotel breakfast was enough to get you through your morning and afternoon depending.
