GREAT Stay.

'GREAT' location, older property and little differently laid out but the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable and staff was extremely accommodating. The price was comparable to other properties, all about the same price. I would highly suggest considering this property for your future stay.

Great Stay at the best western cocoa beach

This hotel was a perfect stopping point for us. Staff was great. We had 4 adults and two dogs. They gave us a first floor end unit and it was perfect. 2 min walk to the beach which we did for a glorious sunrise. If you’re looking for high end accommodations, this is t your place. But if you’re looking for a clean, safe, at the beach motel, this one’s for you!!

Stayed in pool view room. Room was small. We like the location the best. Stayed here many times. Beach work is in process. It is quite a walk to get to open beach and be able to get in the water. Just outside the hotel you will find day and night work going on. Large machines, pipes and sand movement going on.

I booked two rooms. One for my husband and me and one for my BFF and her husband. I gave you the name of my friend not knowing it was going to cause a problem at check in. What happened was we were in their system as two different bookings so are rooms were in two different buildings. We were able to get one room to the same building however one room was on the first floor the other on the second floor. Note to self in the future, I need to remember to only use my name for both rooms. The manager was nice to move my friends over to the other building. Everytime else was nice. I plan to book this hotel in the future.
