This bungalow was absolutely charming, clean, and well taken care of. Our host was available for any questions and answered very quickly.Close to beach and restaurants/stores and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood very much!'we would definitely vacation here again!

Jim the host was great. Wonderful suggestions on things to do. The house is as advertised and the other reviews have suggested. Kitchen and Bath have been upgraded, and flooring (non carpet) seems new. Wonderful to be so close to the beach. Outdoor spaces (porch, patio) were also a nice addition.

Run down property with older amenities. It looked clean enough but i took plenty of pictures of very questionable stuff. Will definitely not stay here again. Looks like makeup on a turd type scenario. Location is good!

Great stay

We stayed here last year on a whim and all year long my boys begged to come back. So we did. It was just as great this time around. Communicating with Jim was very easy. The short walk to the beach makes beach days a breeze, and the outdoor patio/porch makes game night's amazing. Our family of 4 with a 4 year old and 9 year old had the right amount of space, and we didnt feel like we were on top of each other. Great location to restaurants and stores. We will be back next year!

Cozy place by the beach

Everything was just as pictured, just a short walk to the beach. Loved the screened area, perfect for sitting in after a day in the sun. Definitely check out the local taverns. The Tiny Tavern was just around the corner and had live music! Jim was very responsive to any questions, thank you for sharing your place!!!! Definitely going back home, nice and relaxed!!

Great Overall

My family of 6 stayed in this cute beach home for a week. It was the perfect space and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Once at the beach its just another 5 to 10 minute walk to the pier restaurant and bar. Host was nice, helpful, and easy to contact. All instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Great beach getaway

The property was exactly as described and Jim made check-in easy. The location is about perfect - a quiet spot but only a block from the beach, a 6 minute walk to either the local Publix supermarket or Papa Vito's, our preferred place for pizza. Very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay during an extended work trip. The home felt very well cared for and homey. I particularly enjoyed the screened patio and outdoor grill.

Great stay in Cocoa Beach!

Our stay in Cocoa Beach was great! Loved the location of the house, only a 5 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and more. The house was great for our one week stay. Had everything we needed. The homeowner was very communicative about things happening in the area. We even got to watch a spacex rocket launch during our visit!

Fantastic place to stay! Close to the beach, the pier, ans aweaomw surrounding restaurants. Walk to the beach! Outdoor shower for when you get back all sandy, and close to watch some rockets launch if any are scheduled. We recommend this beach bungalow, and will be back!

Nice Quiet Home 350 Yards From The Beach

We loved the screened in patio with the large table that seated six people. Within walking distance to the beach, pier and restaurants. From the beach, we were able to see a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center. We met the home owner, Jim, and he wanted to make sure our stay was a pleasurable one. We plan on returning to the area next year and would like return to this house if it is available.

Totally relaxing

After a minor glitch with checking in, our stay at Cozy Cocoa was wonderful. The property was spotless and very comfortable with warm personal touches. The kitchen was well supplied with all one would need for cooking. The bathroom shower was perfect. The back bedroom was quiet with thoughtful spots for luggage. Our favorite spot was the side porch off the kitchen and that is where we enjoyed most evenings and our morning coffee. Even though the street was busy the porch felt private. The access to the beach could not have been better and it was an excellent location for the rocket launch experience. That was the cherry on top of the bungalow. Jim was a gracious host and checked in on our stay and gave us great info (and wine) on things to see and places to eat. Wish we could have stayed longer.

What a great stay. Jim is a great host. His property is very clean and well maintained. His communication was prompt and his local recommendations were extremely appreciated. He also gave us updates on rocket launches and where to launch our kayaks.
