"Crispy" the front desk was a condescending jerk. He took an innocuous encounter, to an adversarial experience. His actions left a dark cloud over what should have been otherwise a pleasant experience. I am willing to go into greater detail with management if they choose to contact me

From the moment we walked into the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and that’s all thanks to Ashley at the front desk. Ashley went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set the tone for our entire experience. She made check-in smooth, was incredibly patient and helpful with every question, and made us feel like valued guests from start to finish. It’s rare to meet someone who takes so much pride in their work, and Ashley absolutely shines in her role. The hotel itself is beautiful with clean rooms, stunning oceanfront views, and an overall relaxing atmosphere. The staff throughout the property was friendly, the amenities were great, and the location can’t be beat. But Ashley was the standout that elevated our stay from great to exceptional.
