Good location. You can walk to restaurants and Publix. Rooms need to be redone. Drywall paint balcony. The boardwalk to the beach has a lot running along side of it that looks like a dumping ground for construction. Need put up a privacy fence. The breakfast bar was pretty good. The staff was very nice.

Hotel in excellent location right next to the pier. $10 parking. We had sea and pool view. Waterfall on constantly and rather loud. Room was large bed super comfy! Great large bathroom. Floor was sandy. TV large with limited channels. Our room was ready for us early, guy who checked us in never looked at us once, was scruffy and unclean and looked very sad! Breakfast choice was EXCELLENT.

Great location right on cocoa beach pier Friendly staff excellent breakfast and amazing room Only disappointment id booked a room with balcony and ocean view We had a patio ground floor but a 6 foot hedge whiched blocks ocean Other disappointing factor was with hotels . Com They advertised the roon at £84 but i was charged £125 so bitterly disappointed they conned me But overseas great place

Perfect location - close to the pier. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Allowed early check in. Mattresses could be a bit more comfortable - not bad just not top Notch.
