Please shake the sand off when you enter the complex and the condo. Please hang all wet towels upon vacating the condo.
Lock all windows and doors, and leave the blue key set and the parking permit on the key rack by the door. Lost key or parking permit is $100.

Awesome Rental

I rented the condo because I was waiting to move into my apartment. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The checkin was very easy and the owners were totally awesome. They sent me information before checkin and followed up with me during the stay to ensure all was well. The location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping and of course the ocean. I’d recommend this to anyone desiring a comfortable vacation spot!

We had a wonderful month of warmth in Florida. The area is touristy, close to lots of things. The condo was beachside, not directly on the beach, but average.
