This was the dirtiest disgusting hotel I have ever set foot in. The room had a horrible chemical smell, filthy windows, dirty pillowcases, a huge stain on the carpet and extremely dated. I checked out the same day I checked in. After submitting a complaint, and speaking directly with the hotel manager and Hotels.com where I was told a refund would be applied, both the hotel chain and Hotels.com chose to decline a refund. Never book through Expedia/Hotels.com again. Horrible experience.

Our second time staying at this hotel because it is priced right for what you get. When you travel for club sports it adds up and this hotel gets the job done! Only complaint was the pool...it was pretty gross. So much so that two 14 year old boys got out. That's saying something!

Was very disappointed in upkeep compared to other Ramada’s I’ve stayed recently. Electrical outlets didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work. Paint peeling in bathroom. Elevator was filthy. Outside trash cans not emptied for 2 days. Over flowing. No artwork as decoration on any walls. Left very unpleasant, cold feeling. Should have taken pics but didn’t. Sorry for that.

Absolutely the worst hotel on the plant. Room was full of stains and smelled like human pee. Bed frame was broken. People yelling and running all over, I got shoulder checked in the hallway by someone running. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful plus lied about giving us a refund then didn’t. Some guy yelled at me for a bug outside making noise. Location is horrible and very inconvenient. This hotel should be removed from Expedia's options.

Our family vehicle broke down and they were able to get us checked in early and upgraded our room! There was a dealership nearby so we were able to get a new car and enjoy the rest of our trip. We were emotionally tanked and the front desk lady was so encouraging, kind and kept checking in with us. We will be staying here again the next time we go to Silverwood!

Property is a little run down. Room was very clean. Breakfast was great in the morning. Staff was the nicest you can find. I don't think any of the staff had a bad attitude. Very friendly. Although it was not one of the cleanest outside of our room which was clean. I would stay here again without question!! Thank you to the staff for a great stay during our grandsons Graduation!!!

This Ramada is an older building that is starting to show its age. The breakfast staff at Laurie at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Had some issues after checking in when I was double charged, which Laurie had resolved. Now today we get home to find they've charged me again! Others had similar problems while I was there, so beware.

The place itself is a little hard to find. Our room was comfortable but it could have been cleaner. It looked like there were food stains on the curtains and the mirrors so streaked it was almost hard to use them. The beds were comfortable though and the staff was nice.
