I arrived late at night. Went straight to sleep when I arrived. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating. My room had gotten up to almost 85. I told the front desk in the morning and they sent someone up to fix it. I asked if I could be given some type of credit for staying in a room without working AC and she said all she could do for me is waive my $10 parking fee. Paid over $120 for one night and couldn’t even enjoy my nights sleep. Wasn’t friendly either and told me I can talk to Expedia if I have any questions.

We have a service dog and have never been charged at any hotel for a service dog in which we have papers for. Now you guys have started charging for parking we’re starting to get too many hidden fees. I would recommend the front desk girl that works evenings be a little bit nicer to your guest .

They’ve stopped caring. It appears they are going to just let it go down. Pillows are horrible, Beds are only slightly better. Place is filthy. Door knobs are coming off. Everything is very old and not in a good historic way. Buffet breakfast is ok but not great. It should be complimentary but they charge a lot for a simple breakfast.

I booked two rooms, Standard King Bed rooms. One of the rooms given was the size of a closet and the bed was a twin size. The other room given, was the correct bed size however the bed was completely stripped and bedding was in the floor when I walked in. I turned my flashlight on because the lighting was poor and there was rust and mildew everywhere. The air filter doesn’t seem like it’s been changed in a year. The ceiling had chips in it and it reeked of cigarettes. We promptly left our room, cancelled our reservations, and requested a refund. Would NOT recommend staying here.

My stay was horrible, there was mold in the shower, tv didnt work, room was hot and ac wouldn't cool it off, room service/hotel restaurant wouldn't answer their phones. For the price this hotel is not worth the risks

Stay Away! Horrible communication.

When I arrived at this hotel I was told my room was unavailable and I accepted a downgrade. The front desk clerk then added an entire new room to my portfolio and charged for both. I’ve spent 10 days trying to get in contact with a manager to resolve the issue. This hotel takes no accountability and no communication. I’ve left my number and email with multiple front desk associates just to receive nothing back. The first time I called I left my email and was told the manager would contact me later that day. They never contacted me so I called the next day and left my number being told the manager would call me later that day. I never received a call so I called again and I was told manager would be in Friday but when I called there was no manager. Was told wait until Monday and manager will be in but when I called there was no manager. Was told again manager would be in Tuesday and yet again when I called there is no manager. I will never ever even think about staying here and I recommend to anyone reading this stay as far away from this hotel as possible.
