Probably won’t go back.

Door to room was open when we got there, only to find out it was because it couldn’t be closed if you didn’t first lift the entire door up and slam it shut. We had to do that every time we opened and closed the door. Toilet leaked and ran, all night long. Shower was dirty.

Coming in not super friendly. But I did like getting bottles of water. bathroom set up in our room was awful. Could barely get in bathroom door almost touches toilet. friendly group leaving. Coffee was cold around dinner time. Pool was very cloudy. Breakfast was good.

Hadn’t stayed at a Hampton for awhile due to crappy service at previous Hampton. Thought we would give them a try again. We used to prefer Hampton in the past. We stayed 3 nights and thought we would get our room refreshed on the 3rd night. Brought new towels but did not clean room. We notified front desk and left for the evening. Came back and nothing had been done. You would think after we complained it would get taken care of.

Top quality staff: friendly, polite, and professional!! EXCELLENT breakfast!! Everything was super clean: lobby, restrooms, dining area, pool, hallways, and our guest room!!
