Staff was pleasant, room was clean and perfect for our 2-night stay with lots of room. The only thing - which I also mentioned to the front desk staff the day we checked out - is that our hallway was heavy with weed smoke smell. We returned to our room 5pm Sat night and there was already the smell in the hallway. We even put a towel along our door to keep the smell out, as it was strong the entire night. it was hard to tell which room(s) it was coming from - it was amazingly strong.

First has started with the problem using their app. Which is why I ended up booking through Hotels.com.. I get their check was fine in our room which I decided to splurge and get a two bedroom suite. The second bedroom, the heat was not working. I ended up telling three total people over the weekend and nothing happened. Then there was another room down the hall that was excessively loud. Woman groaning loudly. they were six rooms away and we could hear them clearly my 10-year-old was asking what was happening to the lady in the room. I was not the only complaint but nothing happened. It was very uncomfortable being able to hear this woman hollering with a 10-year-old continuing with asking me what was going on? Front desk didn’t have much to say about it either except that they had a complaint and they moved somebody that was next-door to them…

It was clean and comfortable, but the walls are super thin, and I could hear every conversation from the people in the next room. Any time someone left in this hallway, their door slam shook in my room, and it was super loud.
