I used to live in this area and held many conferences here. Always a good experience. However we were given a handicap room and since we are both tall it was an issue. We were not informed of this prior. The water pressure was terrible. One side of the king bed completely broken down. The outlet in the bathroom tripped several times while drying my hair. We were given very few towels. The coffee maker kept shutting down. Overall a bad experience. Will not stay there again.

My family could NOT take showers due to no hot water. Two days stay, 1 day with cool water 1 with cold water I was told it was due to a lot of people there.

The room we received was not the room that I reserved. I reserved a junior suite and we had a regular King room. I know I paid more for the junior suite. The pictures online showed a bigger room for a junior suite and as mentioned we just had a what I consider a normal King room. Otherwise everything was fine, the gentleman at check in was very nice and patient as there was a long line for checking in.

Comfy beds and plenty of pillows!

This hotel has seen better days, but it was inexpensive and pet friendly so we decided to give it a try. Pleasantly surprised! While the hotel itself is getting older and shows signs of wear and tear, the property is clean and the staff is friendly. Our bed was so comfortable and there were plenty of cozy pillows to choose from. We were very pleased with our stay.
