You could Tell this property was in transition from its former name of La Quinta. The Wi-Fi name still brought up the La Quinta information. There were boxes in all the stairwells containing I assume transitional furniture. The plugs were very limited in the room and there was nothing available between the beds. The room was extremely warm when we walked in and it took hours for it to cool down. But the staff was friendly and the room was clean. The beds were comfortable. We were supposed to be camping and the weather took a turn, and this filled our needs.

The room itself was acceptable, but not great. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned behind the door or toilet in quite some time. There was only 1 garbage can, none in the bathroom. No tissues, no guide for the TV channels, no guide for local restaurants or delivery services. The gentleman checking us in was very hard to understand. The beds were clean and comfortable. The A/C wasn't excessively loud. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but not exceptional either.

Very clean and great deal. Awesome shower pressure. Smaller tv than normal but sufficient. Cleaning solution smell was overpowering. It was a bit too much. Everything else was good.

They’re completing renovations and had lots of cabinets, furniture in the hallways. Even with that the rooms were quite nice and newly furnished. Very quiet night and close to the University. Many food options available near by. $30-$40 less than other hotels in the area. Definitely worth it for a nights stay.

The Staff was professional and courteous. The rooms were clean and good size. It was quite and close to hospital and shopping and restaurants. The bed was comfortable. However there isn't a gym or a pool, but a pleasant stay.
