The property had politically offensive material on display on the reception desk right where check-in took place as well as in the elevator. This made me feel very uncomfortable and angry staying at this property.

We had a legitimate family emergency where we had to take care of our grandchildren because of the health crisis in our daughter-in-law‘s family. We just wanted to reschedule to another date A month later, but no one was willing to help us with that because we had “missed the canceled deadline.“ they would still have gotten their money.

Wasn't disappointed!

Comfortable beds, we slept well. Quiet and clean. The room was huge. Plenty of space for our stuff without feeling crowded. Staff was so nice and friendly. I had a good conversation with one of the staff in the breakfast area. Really felt like a home away from home.
