No Signage!

Had a hard time finding the entrance, no signage whatsoever. One other annoying thing was they didn’t have the tv at the end of the bed but on the side of the bed. Had a sore neck trying to watch tv!

I’ve stayed in other Country Inn & Suites and had good experiences. The staff was friendly enough. I didn’t interact with them much. I stayed in a suite. The room had an odd smell. I’m not sure what it was. The furniture was all really worn. The light above the bar in the little kitchen area was blinking like a strobe light & couldn’t be used. The light fixtures and top of the headboard were all covered in dust. The wallpaper in the bathroom was bubbled and starting to peel and there was a spider web by the shower head. The lights were all very dim and it just had the feel of a sad place. I will say the bed was comfy and sheets were clean. The place needs updated & cleaned very badly. The people upstairs sounded like they were jumping up and down during my entire stay. A lot of noise in the hallway too. Overall the place needs some work.

Very nice newly renovated... great place to stay!

Wonderful recently renovated property. Lobby was inviting with touches of royal blue, room was newly carpeted, very comfortable mattress, large comfy chair with foot stool near a window and plenty of coffee pods plus utensils and condiments for the coffee maker. Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Shower faucets need repair, they were hard to turn on/off.

I stayed with my 3 grandchildren for a spring break getaway. The room was adequate for our needs. The hotel is older and could use some updating. The beds are very small. Fine for 2 small people to sleep in, but 2 large adults would not be comfortable. The shower was terrible, no water pressure and a weird 2 dials for water temp. I did really enjoy the balcony. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special but the kids love the waffle maker. The pool was fine for them, but it doesn’t open until 10 am. Overall, we had a good stay.
