The room had a lot of Asian Lady Beetles and I let the staff know since someone from Hilton was texting me. They said they’d send someone to help but that help never arrived. I woke up with a streak of red, welted skin so I believe I was bitten. I took photos of the bugs and the skin reaction just in case. Front desk and Housekeeping were courteous and spoke every time they saw me.

The room was neglected. Paying $200.00 for a room under the Hilton name, i expected the room to include the bathroom to be immaculate which it was not. There was residual feces under the toilet seat as well ason the lid. I had to clean the toilet with bathroom wipes that I'd brought with me. It appears that the cleaning staff needs someone to conduct spot checks on the rooms they're responsible for cleaning. Its a one and done for me. You can't always go by the name expecting a quality stay.
