Home visit

I was here to see and visit family and friends. The room was very clean and pretty quiet. Gym was a good size and served the purpose. I wish there were some sort of area rugs at the sides or foot of the bed for a soft land when getting out. The floor planks need adjusting. But overall a good experience

The rooms were great. Clean and quiet. The pool was small but clean. The mandatory valet parking is awkward, as it can be hard to tell the difference between the constant people smoking in the drive way area and the people trying to manage the cars. I stayed for 2 nights and hard to walk my 7 year old and senior mother through thick marijuana smoke every time we came and went with the car. It’s hard to tell if you’re in a rough part of town from the car port. However, the customer service was able to kindly put my 2 rooms together as I manage 2 special needs family members. Huge thanks for that.

New favorite!

This was one of the nicest hotel stays I've had in years! The only bad thing was the $34 valet daily/nightly charge. 🤑 However! - David, Nikko and every single guy in valet (there was like 10!! Alllllll deserve a raise seriously) made me feel so welcome when I got back from all day exploring - that I actually looked forward to that kindness at the end of my day and starting my day with valet. The front desk was also super helpful and professional even while being a little short staffed there. The entire hotel is very clean, the 6th floor I stayed on was very modern and and quiet when needed. The guest services also was highly professional and super fast with any room service. AND the food!! - was sooo delicious I could not believe I was eating in a hotel. The pizza crust was sooo good I'm still thinking about it. All in all - this place left me feeling really positive about my trip to Cali. Its also super easy to get on/off the highway and close to everything in the Bay Area while not directly in the Bay Area.

Hotel was clean, and staff was pleasant at time of check in. King size bed room was comfortable for my family. The only bummer was that they charged for breakfast $18.99 nothing special about it. Also I was forced to valet $34 per day which is just unnecessary money grab.

Spacious lobby. Friendly staff. Water bottle filling station. Concierge room and services were excellent. Pool was small, but a nice place to cool off. Large fitness center with a variety of cardio equipment, weight machines, and a separate room with free weights and benches.
