Room did not appear clean when we entered. Food .pieces, dirt on floor, dirt in tub, bathroom mirror was not clean. The carpet in the hallway had spill stains. The elevator cabin was very unclean, including floor, sidewalls, and control panel. Our tub would not drain and could not be used, hence the reason for the dirt we found in there upon arrival. The staff was very quick to respond to clean our tub and floors. Staff was courteous.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. We were visiting for the local waterfalls. Everything was great. The only reason I'm going 9 out of 10 is because the pool was down. My kids live to swim and that was part of the reason for booking at this hotel. And of course, a pool isn't considered a major thing, so you aren't notified that it's inoperable. Outside of that, everything else was great.

Outdated, the mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. Today is June 14th and the pool is still not open. They did not say anything about that when we booked. The other 3 hotels surrounding the property would have been a better booking. All of their pools were open. We looked inside 2 out of the 3 adjacent hotels and were blown away at how much cleaner and newer they were.

We have stayed here 3 times over the years but this time it was bad. The hotel didn't seem well kept, the pool wasnt in use....but it was my room that was disappointing. The smell was funny we couldn't peg it. The room seemed like it was cleaned in a hurry, the bathroom had mold behind the door. There was an old piece of soap still in the shower. I'm not sure, we usually enjoy staying here but it was off this time.

Nice hotel!

It was awesome! The check in clerk was really nice to accommodate our later arrival bc of orientation at Tennessee tech that day. The rooms were spacious, the beds were fluffy and a nice view from the second floor I loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash that were on the walls of the tub/shower. The lotion was also attached to the wall near the sink and I loved this. It was close to campus with a Starbucks in the way. There is road construction done in front of the hotel so finding the entrance was tricky but we did it!
