Complimentary Breakfast Failure

The complimentary breakfast that was included in our stay was not good! We arrived 45 minutes prior to the breakfast closing. Due to a ball team being on site and eating a lot of the food, the hotel employees responsible for keeping the area stocked, decided everything should be removed or locked up, and some of it was cleaned up before closing time. Therefore, all other customers at the hotel were not allowed the food that should have been made available to all people staying there.

The hotel phones did not work, the continental breakfast was supposed to go until 10 and food was gone and cleaned up before 9. Pool closed. No ice on any floor! And the staff was rude! Emailed the hotel management because you couldn’t call them. And still have had no response from them.
