Hotel was super clean, staff was extremely helpful and nice. The only reason for 4 stars is because the hotel refused a 1 hour courtesy late checkout and wanted to charge us. Not something what I've experienced before ever.

Room was small compared to other European hotels which don’t have huge rooms either. Mostly- the shower has no door so it’s always a chilly shower and water gets all over the bathroom no matter how fast you shower. Also, not that it was a problem, but know they only clean your room every 4 days unless you pay extra.
