For the high price, the room was very basic. Aircon hardly worked, no fridge, very small room. Check-in was super crowded due to a SAS disruption but we got through fairly quickly using automated check-in despite the rabble in the lobby.

We were tired and cold when we arrived after a flight from Greece. We had to do a self check-in which I’ve never encountered before and half the tablets didn’t work. They had 1 poor person at the desk and a long line. When we finally checked in and made keys we went to the elevator. There was a poor women who was trying to get to her room but couldn’t figure it out. Be forewarned- your card key will ONLY take you to the floor your room is on! This made no sense and we had to figure it out since no one told us. So if you have family or friends on another floor they told me I’d have to go meet them in the lobby to go up to their floor. Huh? I have never seen this. Then the air/heat will only go up or down 2 degrees. Ooookkkkk. When I went to go meet my son in the lobby to get a cord since I just couldn’t go to his room I saw that the poor lady was still trying to figure out the elevator. But- the free breakfast buffet in the morning made up for everything! Wow what a spread! In the USA that alone would cost about 50.00. I’ve never seen a hotel buffet with so much from crepes with a ton of toppings to muesli to meats and Scandinavian foods. And coffee choices! The buffet alone is worth the stay. And it is in the airport so that’s convenient.

Nice basic room for overnight stay. There is a laundromat, very handy and ironing room too. The only thing is that it would be nice to have at least a kettle and coffee maker in the room. Super friendly staff, thank you 😊
