Location is superb and walkable distance to many attractions and stations. Room is clean and good and comfortable bed mattresses, the only little complaint is the pillows are too small and flat. We didn’t dine in the hotel as there are many varieties around.

Pros, very good location, quiet and was granted late check out due to gold member. Cons, mirrors in living room dirty looked like some sneezed on them. Cleaning is now up to you to book (claims it is good for environment ) Btw I did ask for cleaning and when came back late evening not done. Room clean just a lot of dust but halls and elevator dirty.

Room was clean if a little basic. Expected USB ports nowadays but none there. The separate shower and bath in our room was good. Staff good but lifts could do with being bigger.

Very close to the central station and Tivoli gardens. Which in turn gives access to the hop on and hop off scenic bus rides. Nice location I would definitely stay there again.

Location was good with a train stop just across the road. Room size was fine and the rooms are newly renovated. Only issue for us was the very low water pressure/ volum for the shower. Water was hot enough for winter but the flow for the shower was really quite weak. I

I had a good stay at Imperial hotel, staff were super friendly. I must say though the bedding wasn’t very clean, the room service charge was too much with bad quality of food from the restaurant. The location of the hotel was very good. Check in was straightforward but the check out was quite a long wait with person at reception only, and a queue of people waiting to check in.

Room small but bed comfortable and clean with soft pillows that were comfortable. Bathroom ok - shower gel empty (no canister in it) which was irritation at 0530 for an early flight. Bath narrow so showering difficult to keep balanced.

Room clean no complaints there. Just wish there would be shelf in bathroom to put toiletries and more drawers for clothing , when staying longer. Plus i truly hate my suitcase has to sit on floor for 8 nights. Room in need of something to put suitcase on . Staff was great and room got cleaned when asked. Had a gru time and will come back.
