A stay at this hotel means experiencing a piece of design history—it's the world’s first design hotel, created by Danish architect Arne Jacobsen in 1960. The building itself is a modernist icon. The location is just as impressive, right next to Copenhagen Central Station. It’s perfect for exploring the city with easy access to transport, Tivoli Gardens, and nearby neighborhoods.

Not really worthy the price

I did not like the room. Sparsely furnished and not really cozy. I missed a desk and an extra armchair. The bathroom was fine, but I would have prefered a bathtub.The view over the city was fantastic. Compared with the surroundig hotels, it was not really worthy the higher price. The parking was complicated and expensive. I choosed a nearby parking to a more reasonable price. 55 DKR per hour is expensive even in Copenhagen
