I had two stays about a week apart and dealt with the front desk on arrival and departure each time. Unfortunately, every interaction was unpleasant, making both stays a negative experience!! The parking lot was slick and there was no signs of ice melt or sand.

The greating/acknowledgement of us standing there was pretty light. Room was hot, turned the noise machine temp down to 62 and eventually turned it off all together. Breakfast had comppstable plates, Styrofoam bowls, juice and ciffee cup were the same, coffee sleeves too big. Why buy compost able plates that go into the regular garbage?

Every aspect of my stay was excellent. Very friendly and attentive staff from check-in to check out! Evening light dinner was a surprise and much appreciated after a long day on the road. The fresh made cookies topped it off. Tommy was very clean and well appointed. Slept better on the bed than I do at home. Breakfast was tasty and not the usual fare. Every offering was full and maintained. Best stay I’ve had in the last year!

Staff was nice. Room clean. Heat didn’t work correctly it was set on 65, and 90 in there. Needs new shower head. When hubby ran water in bathroom while I was in shower the water went very hot-almost burnt me! Rooms could use some updates for sure. Thin pillows. Probably won’t stay again but it worked for what I needed.

Staff were nice, helpful, and the lobby was pretty. No elevator and hallways smelled like smoke. Room was clean and smelled clean. Bathroom was ok, toilet ran too long so you had to juggle the handle to get it to stop. Hair in the sheets and in the pillows. Surely it was clean?
