A Pirate's Life is located in the Pirates Bay community. This newly built home offers all the amenities you will need to enjoy a relaxing destination getaway! This luxurious home has two master suites! As you enter through the private breezeway, you are greeted with soothing colors and elegant décor. The well-stocked kitchen has everything a cook might need to prepare the local catch of the day, including a built-in ice maker. The dining room has ample seating and additional seating at the breakfast bar for 4. The first master bedroom (BR1) is located off the living room and has a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV, nightstands, and a bench at the foot of the bed. This king master has a luxurious spa-style walk-in shower with double shower heads as well as dual sinks with makeup lighting. The second-floor master bedroom (BR2) also has a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, nightstands, a dresser, and a reading nook with an accent chair. The bathroom off this bedroom has a stand-alone shower with a glass door. The third bedroom (BR3) has two twin bunks with railings and steps instead of a ladder – more convenient than a traditional bunk – plus a trundle bed and TV. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower. An additional half bathroom is located on the main floor. All linens & towels are furnished, just bring your beach towels. Just in case you need a port a-crib, this unit has one. There is a full-sized washer and dryer at the end of the hall downstairs. This three-bedroom home is steps away from one of the two shared community pools. There is a charcoal BBQ, a second refrigerator, and an ice maker with an ice maker that makes ice just like Sonic in the oversized garage. Come enjoy the Pirate's Life!
