The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The price is low enough that we choose to go to an excellent local diner Pippo's on Main Street a short distance away. The price of the room + the price of an excellent 5hbreakfast is = to or < the total price of other (more expensive hotels) The ice machines were all out of order but... the value for the price was very good. We will stay here again in thecfuture

The Quality Inn in Cortez is a decent hotel, but definitely older. They've done as good a job as they can with keeping it semi-updated, clean, etc. but if you're looking for a newer more modern place to stay... this is probably not the best choice. With that being said, it is arguably a great value for the money. They seem to have the lowest rates in Cortez for a name brand hotel, the staff is great, and the breakfast is always good and well maintained.
