The room was clean and the service provided from Alexander was above par as always he remembers our names and asked for our wives as well ! Desiree was also very helpful and attentive and the breakfast service from Ana, Robert & Florencio was superb and the food was excellent as well. Our South Gate High School coaching staff stay there every year for the Glazier clinic across the street and we cannot wait till we return next year ! Thank You

The first room we got didn't have any water pressure in the shower. The second room the bathroom smelled. The elevator broke down. And not all of the TV channels worked. They have a texting system, but it doesn't work correctly because every time I answered they did not answer me. The staff was however, very pleasant.
