First room toilet was broken. No maintenance person present so needed room change. Second room bathroom sink was slow to drain. If you need a clean place to sleep in Newport Beach for a reasonable price including breakfast and close to nice areas it’s ok.

Bugs, broken elevators, stay at your own risk

The room was infested with ants. The elevator we were promised was broken with the buttons completely ripped out of the wall. Furniture falling apart. Breakfast Buffett was inedible. One of our keys didn’t work and when we went to have it fixed they didn’t ask for an ID, so anyone can just say they are in a room and have a key given to them? The staff was nice which is the only nice thing I can say
