Front desk staff was very friendly. Made me feel very welcomed. I needed a room on the first floor close to an entrance because I have bad knees. She took care of that with no problem. Very nice people both at arrival and at departure.

Came up to spend time with family for Christmas. EVERYONE on staff were extremely kind, helpful, funny and friendly! I loved the variety at breakfast and the coffee was good. Pool and hot tub were a hit with our kids!

The room was clean, layout functional for 2 beds. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We arrived after 9, .check in was efficient and we got to enjoy the Jacuzzi and heated pool for awhile. Breakfast was very good, and the coffee was excellent!
