The water pressure was great and there wasnt any bed bugs. Thats the only positive I have from this place. The bathroom looked ok until we used the shower and thenall the mold resurfaced from under the paint. The floors were sticky and so unlevel the the dresser drawers were opening on their own. Would not stay again and was extremely over priced for the condition of the property.

It began as a disaster, but then we were pleasantly surprised. Our first room was very shabby, and smelled strongly of pet urine. However, the sweet lady at the front desk immediately moved us to a much better room that exceeded expectations.

Gap in bathroom door at top, didn’t lock and the bathroom didn’t even shut completely. Carpet was stained and dirty. Smelled terrible and the bed was super firm and springy. Staff was nice. Paid way too much for this room.

Awful experience

Room smelled awful. Couldn’t get rid of smell. Maybe it was coming from the air conditioner unit. Noise from the room next door until midnight. I called to complain twice before it stopped. Room phone started ringing at 4:45 AM. One ring every 60 seconds. Couldn’t stop it. Had to take the handset out of the cradle and lay it on the table. Will probably stay somewhere else next visit.

Nobody mentioned that the hotel was being remodeled and we had the flooring outside our room jack hammered starting at 7:00 a.m. until 5: 00p.m. Along with sawing in the room next to us. When we arrived they asked if we would be interested in a ground floor room. I’m handicapped and said that would be good for me. I just didn’t like not being told what to expect.

Everything was great except the air conditioner couldn't really handle the size of the room, so it was pretty warm in there. Hotel is undergoing remodel, but it didn't bother us at all

The staff was very nice however we just were not that impressed with the overall stay. We booked two rooms that were supposed to be the exact same but one did not have a sink. The pool door was broken so it didn't lock and the top of the roof in that room looked like it was going to cave in. They did have a sign that said "excuse our mess we are doing renovations" but when you book they don't tell you that. There was no where to sit when checking in and the breakfast was mediocre at best.
