We arrived late and exhausted. The room was not clean and the toilet didn’t flush properly. Our biggest concern was that there was a dead mouse in the room and blood on the tile and we had a dog with us. We searched for Decon poison and didn’t find any. Took mouse to night attendant and he said he would make a note of it. We were in room 232. We wiped up the blood as we didn’t want our dog licking it.

This was probably one of the most disgusting days I’ve ever had in hotel. The room was not that clean. The toilet seat had feces on. It had to be cleaned before I could even use it. The room wasn’t that clean took forever to get hot water like five minutes or more. And what you consider a free breakfast was nothing at all, there was toast, cold cereal, hard-boiled egg, coffee, and juice and a packet for oatmeal that is not a breakfast that’s ridiculous. The entire place smelled like marijuana.

We reserved 2 queen beds ada room. I was pressured into a one king bed, non ada room. Only one set of towels and 2 pillows. We asked for more pillows and towels. Never received. Nightime clerk was friendly, but definitely non accommodating! The room was dirty. I took pictures of the dead bugs in the corners and in the bathroom. There was hair in the tub. From here on out, i will always be leery of Super 8 chain.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed in. Reeked of cigarettes everywhere and the room smelt like piss. Wasn’t cleaned properly at all, sink handle broken, weird gunk all over the walls and trim.
