Expected a nicer facility but it was doable. One employee when asked for a particular item said there was none, saw an empty box of it, left it there and even w/a WAlmart close, did not even say she would make sure to have some for the morning or anything. She only did the bare minimum for the customer. Too bad I did not get her name.

The room I booked wasn’t available at first, I booked a 2 queen bed with couch. And got there and they only had a king bed with couch. Which won’t sleep 5 so went back to desk and they found a room that they said floors had been cleaned and a fan was in there. They removed the fan but the room smelled musty like a lot of water had been in there before to long! We stayed in that room because we needed a room to sleep and for grandbaby to swim!

Limited parking that requires payment even for overnight. Dark parking lot and felt sketchy walking through it at night. Strange super dated rooms that definitely need to be brought into this century with a remodel. More expensive than it should have been. My family will never stay here again. We're absolutely disappointed and upset with the treatment we recieved. So much so I called corporate who was very apologetic and reached out to this hotel. I was told things would be made right and someone would contact me. Not one call not one try from this hotel. The room was dirty, not as shown in photos. Bathroom super small and very dirty. Beds are very small and poor quality. My special needs children were so excited to stay here to get away from day to day medical appointments and surgeries. We were never told the pool was closed and not working. When checking in we werent told. Yet after i made my complaint they started telling everyone else. The breakfast was horrific and not cooked correctly undercooked meat made ys all sick. $600 down the drain. I want a partial refund. But of course not a single call back. Ill be calling corporate again. 0/10 recommended to stay here. Im disgusted at how rude the lady was at the front desk. (The blonde i didnt get your name, thanks for being the only one who was remotely kind in trying to talk to us).

First time having to pay to park. Was told hyatt members dont have to pay.but because i used 3rd party . Was going to be charged. Room has note . Sink was not working. Note on top of sink with tape. Bucket underwear sink. Smelled horrible. I said something to staff at desk. Wouldnt move to other room and nothing was done about it. Would have liked a little bit of.discount for inconvenience

Staff was friendly. We were supposed to have our room cleaned every other day since we stayed a week. They didnt come and we had to go to the front desk and only had trash emptied and new towels, not a real room cleaning. Breakfast was good and room was spacious.

We booked this hotel for a Flag football tournament. We had eight children with us who were ready to swim, but when we got there, we were told the pool was out of order. In addition, the “restaurant“ was not even a restaurant. There was no one working there, and there was no bartender. The breakfast was not good. Everything was cold.
