Booked 2 rooms a month out and requested adjoining rooms. My rooms were across the hall from each other. They couldn’t promise me adjoining rooms because I booked through a 3rd party (Expedia). My room was an adjoining room with strangers that woke me up before sunrise with their tv on super loud with profanity. I told the front desk and they said they would take care of it. It was several minutes before they turned it down. Then they proceeded to cuss us out, loudly, for complaining on them. Horrible experience and will never go back nor recommend.

The check in lady, approximately 8:30 pm, was excellent. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. We forgot our toiletry bag and she graciously offered us toothbrushes, toothpaste and deodorants and other accessories.
