We checked in with young kids had a big dinner with 20 people and when we were done, we wanted to go to the pool. It was after eight and they wouldn’t let us in with the kids. It only sat on the door going into the pool that you couldn’t take kids after 8 PM.

We ate at all 3 venues; the bar and grill was by far the best but all were very good. We always enjoy the casino and that the machines were all in working condition and the area was clean. Security and other staff friendly.

It's just not the same sense best Western stopped managing the property... Checking in was a pain and also checking out... And they don't seem to be able to understand people with disabilities.. the security was also found lacking situational awareness and understanding... Truly sad used to be my favorite place to stay before going home to see my family for the holidays... For years I have stayed here.. unfortunately myself and my family will not be coming back... Bring back best Western!
