Room: Clean, no issue with Housekeeping Staff: Check-In & Upon departure was good, Overnight staff also nice. Amenities: N/A Other: Limited to no cold water, had to shower in uncomfortably hot water. Notified staff morning after Night 1, was unaware of any issue and assured would be looked into and resolved. Same issue morning after Night 2. Let staff know again, they were still unaware of issue. (They were having to deal with a Leak Issue somewhere else in hotel). If looking to take a shower in almost Scalding Hot water for either yourself, or your teenage child, this is the place to go. Staff felt bad and informed that management or supervisor would reach out. The Operations Manager Vlad emailed stating the it wasn’t their fault and blamed local Public Utility (funny as no other issues known to staff except in my room) and offered a complementary breakfast at our next stay. Basically excuses not solutions. Regardless, will not be back, employees friendly, parking good, just don’t look for management to care about your wellbeing or safety, maybe you may end up with a free breakfast offer also. Recommendation: Check ahead and call hotel to see if any single rooms have issues caused by local public utility, otherwise, be ready to like showering or brushing teeth in Jacuzzi or Sauna temp hot water!
