Downtown Family Retreat-Minutes to Dahlonega/Pool/5 Beds/3.5 Baths!

Drive or walk, your choice! This pet-friendly (pet fee applies*) 5 bed, 3.5 bath house is just one mile from the famous Dahlonega Square.

The home's amenities include an in-ground saltwater pool (open April 15 - September 15) , a six-person hot tub, a Blackstone flat-top grill, a two-story game room cottage with TV room, foosball, a poker table, a two-car garage game room with ping pong, air hockey, and a Beringer pool table, as well as a fenced-in backyard for pets and a gazebo.

The main floor features a kitchen, three living areas, and a wood-burning fireplace. It also includes a two-car garage used as a game room with air hockey, ping pong, and a Beringer pool table.

Upstairs features a large master bedroom with a private bathroom, and two other bedrooms with queen beds (with twin trundle beds underneath) that share another bathroom.

The lower level features two more bedrooms with another full bath. One bedroom features a full size daybed with a twin trundle underneath, the second has two sets of bunk beds.

The two-story cottage building features a TV room downstairs, a 70" smart TV, a poker table, and a foosball table upstairs.

Outside is a fenced-in backyard for your pets (we are pet-friendly w/ pet fee) and a beautiful gazebo to enjoy the front yard.

Guests can expect internet download speeds of up to 400 Mbps. The house is in a residential neighborhood, one mile from the Dahlonega town square.

Important things to know:
• Pets are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax per pet. After 7 nights, additional charges will apply for each pet. If you've added pets to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional pets after booking. No more than 5 dogs without approval.
• The pool is open April 15 - September 15 and is not heated
• There is a $37 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $750 in accidental damages if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $750 will be charged to the guest's payment method.
• Our cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide both types of coffee.
We offer firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days in advance of your stay. Please message us if you are interested.
• We have a Blackstone flat-top propane grill, and we provide propane.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $25 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we can make an exception, the fee is $25 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.
