Room was clean but had a closed in smell. Did not like that I was put on the first floor right by the check in area and breakfast area. I could hear the guest through the walls. Staff didn’t really speak to anyone not the best people friendly skills.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and have not had any issues before. But for this overnight trip, it took longer than normal as the staff informed those of us waiting to check in that rooms were still being cleaned as they were short handed. The wait was inconvenient. The front desk personnel were professional and kept us updated on the process of all delays.
